Does anyone know if you can use Disney Dollars to buy Disney Gift cards?

For some reason I'm thinking you can't but I have no real idea.

Just confirmed with my local Disney store...in case anyone else needs to know..

You can use Disney Dollars to buy Gift Cards.
You cannot use Gift Cards to buy Disney Dollars.

Probably b/c when you spend the dd you can get real cash as change. The gc you HAVE to spend all on Disney. More money for them

Can you combine gift cards? If I had 5 $100 ones, could I get one $500 (I think that is the max anyway)?

I have a long way to go until our trip, and I hate to think of the # of gc we will have by then.

I don't know but I'm already up to 6 $25 cards and I still have a year to go. I'll be spending all day and night punching in numbers to pay off my trip

I emailed the Disney GC Guest support and asked this very question.

They told me "Cards can be reloaded but you can not combine gift cards".
