We each always put the same demographic info in, ie sex, birthdate, race, salary, zipcode, etc. However, I had no idea that Greenfield's expectations are that you only use 2 or 3 e-mail addys to do their surveys. I'm also now not sure if DH should have been doing surveys at all.
I take surveys on two other sites: Pinecone (I've only had two since I joined, with no Greenfield surveys noted), and mysurveys.com(maybe 1 survey every week or two), again without any Greenfield surveys noted or surveys that are like the ones I take on SR.
Once we understand ALL the rules, perhaps there will be less problems. I personally become confused with some surveys. They look familiar, and just about the time I'm ready to exit out of them, they change their focus/questioning to a different angle than any I've taken before. Perhaps these are called duplicates, I don't know. If they are, I'm sorry.
I think it is easy to get caught up in all the excitement of being a part of SR, with all the wonderful people and moderators. You just want to do good and be part of everything. The monetary part is extremely secondary to me. The community of SR is SO much more important.
I don't have solutions, but I'm wondering if we all just use one e-mail addy to do Greenfield if that would help....no dots, nothing extra.....just the exact same each and every time. Also, I'm wondering if Greenfield could perhaps number the surveys so we could jot down if we've done that same one and not do it again, especially since some start out the same, then change into a different focus. I think it would be easier that way. Thirdly, we need to all understand Greenfield's expectations........ie, can multiple family members take surveys, or just one person in the family. Can people visiting who do not belong to SR or a survey community take a survey? Can you take surveys from more than one IP address, like home, work or a vacation location?
I apologize for any problems I have created and hope this is all resolved in a satisfactory manner. I value Tricia, Cindy, Angie, Sunshine Guy, all the moderators, and all my friends I've met in this community.
