It has always worked for me in the past, and I just got a new HP computer a few weeks ago. Ever since then, I haven't been able to get the surveys.

Everything else works fine and my other rewards sites work fine too, so I don't think it's the new PC that is causing problems.

Also, I haven't done any surveys since December, so I don't think I'm getting banned like people are talking about.

I sent the trouble ticket in because I thought it was a SR tech/website problem, and it seemed to be going on FOREVER.

I haven't downloaded Firefox to this PC yet, but maybe I will and then re-try it.

Thanks for replying so quickly! Deb

Well I guess it's concluded that I don't get credit for this survey - nothing showing on my account. Time just stolen away.

I was taking a survey on cocktail sausages and here is what I got "You have already completed this part of the questionnaire. Previous answers may not be modified. Please, do not use the browser's back button.

    Press OK to continue. "

I press OK and I go nowhere!! I keep pressing OK and keep going nowhere!! So frustrating!!

Sometimes when I get stuck, i hit ctrl-F5 and it will refresh it and let me go on.

My DH just got all the way through a survey about deck material and got this

    golVars=1

    Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0009'

Subscript out of range: '[number: 4]'

    /endpages/SOredirect.asp, line 21

Not sure what that means, since its the first survey we have qualified for. Oh and I still cant get the link to open in IE, I have to use Firefox for the daily survey.

Grr I just spent a half hour survey on airline travel-said I was done but never took me back to SR, then I went to the survey page again and it would let me take another one so I assume I won't get credit for it.

Just got my first Greenfield Survey since the ban lifted. It was a fairly easy one about credit cards. I'm so happy to be able to do them again!!!

I just want to make sure I understand correctly. You can only do one Greenfield Survey per 24 hours no matter where you do it, correct? So if you are a member of another site, you need to do the survey here or there, not allowed to do both.

    Thanks.

Default 24 Hour Timer for Surveys??

For the Greenfield survey, the rules say one every 24 hours. Does this mean you have to wait 24 hours to do another one? Can you do one evey day no matter the time? I'm confused. When I first started doing the surveys, they were on the 24 hour timer. Then it changed to daily. So what are we doing now? I seemed to have missed this bit of info. Thanks!
