i took and received credit for my amp survey yesterday but for some reason today i cannot get a my thought counts survey as it keeps saying i have reached my limit (i took yesterdays survey after 11 am). catherine had mentioned something about a "deep cookie." what is that and how do you get rid of it? i did run ccleaner yesterday to totally clean out my cookies and temp files so i do not know what the problem could be. it is now almost 2 pm and i still can't get an otx survey. can somebody please help me.

Do you remember what time the survey credit posted (not what time you took or ended). It seems to be 24 hours from the time it credits.

For the deep cookie thing, try running SpyBot, AdAware, etc type spyware programs.

Although, I ran those two, plus AVG antispy, and it found nothing at all, so not sure, but can't hurt to try.

the amp survey posted at 12 noon. i ran ccleaner and an adaware scan last night (i do an adaware scan every night) and i always clean out all my cookies after i receive the credit for an otx survey. i guess today is just not my day for my thought counts. thanks for helping. it is appreciated.

I am missing credit from 2 of the 3 surveys I took this weekend.......I am bummed!!!! This hasn't happened to me before!!

Just got a really easy quick one about handheld showers. I thought i was getting kicked out, and it took me to the congrats page. I love those quick ones, they don't come around very often.

i got credit for 3/14, but nothing else from the weekend credited!!

ARGGGGH!

I finally qualify for a daily survey and after 45 minutes, it doesn't take me back to the SR congratulations page!

It was one of those ones where you have to download a toolbar and then perform certain tasks on a website and then offer your opinion on the website. I couldn't close out the page when it was done, it ate up a ton of virtual memory and I ended up having to reboot my computer.

All that and no credit!
