Just did one of the movie surveys on Greenfield -completed the whole thing and did not get the Congrats page, I should know better its happened before but it was my only choice and sad to say I went for it

sounds like we got the same one...i'm still fuming. they got me on another one earlier this morning as well. perhaps we'll both be able to complete another survey later. i wish i'd had the presence of mind to save the URL so i could report it. i was so upset the thought never occurred.

Just happened to me twice on Greenfield '2 Cents' , and I did report it the second time. I know there will be no credit, so I just completed another one and received credit just after the hour.

That happened to me the other day. I was able to get a survey later, but not for what had been checked off before. I figured something else in my demos that GF was already given was not what they were looking for. Hope you've had better luck by now!

yes, I did get lucky and got one a little bit ago but not either of those checked ones, same thing happened yesterday. I even tried unchecking them to see if I could get one, nope. All is well that ends well!

At the bottom of the Greenfield page there is a link to click that says "Click here to report a problem with a survey". Once you click on that, you need to enter the URL, a copy of the page where the problem occured (if you can), and a description of the survey. You might not get credit now, but mystery credits have been known to appear! HTH

I just completed a survey on a new online community/ survey opportunity for kids and it did not take me back to the SR Congratulations page. It took me to Google instead. I have the URL of the page before it took me to Google so I'm going to report it now.
