Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

i thought it might be a cookie, but i've run all of my programs, and nothing has worked-even switching over to IE didn't help. i've pretty much resigned myself to the fact that it's not going to work, b/c i've run out of things to try. if i can't get a DS, i don't know what i'll do. i can't keep SM on offers and shopping alone.

just got home from work and tried for survey keeps going to surveyrouter.com have cleaned everything i can think of if not fixed soon i will not make sm again either

ok, i did another virus scan, ran ccleaner, shut down, restarted, ran ccleaner again, logged into SR and i STILL get taken to the surveyrouter domain page when i try to get a DS (on both firefox AND IE). looks like i'm out of luck, b/c i've got no more tricks to try.

I'm using IE and it worked for me this morning, and I too got the survey about kids texting inappropriate pics. It was messed up all day yesterday.

I did the same thing and still nada the same old things. It doesn't even ask for the info to see if you quailify or not.

I had that problem this morning.. so i just did some free offers and then i had to go see a friend came home cleared cooking and ran ccleaner and just got a very easy one!!

Well i can at least fill in selection and choices however i can't get to the survey page all i get is the page ot available microsoft message. now what

I've been back and forth between being able to get through and the survey router domain page. I just was able to get into a survey, got 65% through it and got an 'Error Occurred' message.

I reported it to Greenfield - it's a Phoenix survey about investment advertising, and I got the error message when I attempted to view the first ad. Beware of this one - for now anyway.
