Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

I just did a long DS on health care facilities. At the end there was a generic thank you page but it did not go back to the SR congrats page.

I just had the same thing happen to me - does this mean I will not receive credit?

I just started one about specific mother's day gift ideas from my spouse. I thought it was going to be rather interesting because they said right from the start to read the directions carefully because they wanted to get an idea of how people read the directions. Within that paragraph, there was a trick answer to the first question which I found and answered correctly.

A couple of pages later, there were more questions and two sections where I had to give an answer rather than multiple choice. I provided my answers but somehow they didn't get registered because the survey kept telling me to answer those two specific questions. I eventually closed out as I was getting no where.

I am curious to know whether there were many other hidden answers along the way. Something different to keep me on my toes. The little things in life I find exciting.

I got this survey after I did the healthcare facilities one. I don't actually recall if there were any other trick questions besides the initial one. I did make sure to reread all the instructions before answering though. I didn't want to be booted out. I did get the SR congrats page at the end. I was able to complete this survey and get the congrats page. Except it had me rate my gift/significant other as one of my children. there were quesitons at the end recalling questions from the beginning but nothing major.

I was almost done with an auto survey and was finishing up the demographics at the end when the next page did not load. I got the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". Tried refreshing and going back a page to no avail.

I got credit for Friday's DS earlier this morning but not for Sat & Sun....Am I the only one, I did get the congrats page for both with no problems....hopefully it is a GF problem and they will still credit?

Nope your not alone, I noticed that earlier this morning, and figured that (or hoped) Sat & Sun's would come through later.

that's what I wanted to hear ....I'm not worried, it just seemed kind strange because they usually all come in together.

i don't know if this is a technical issue but here goes. got a ds around 10:30 this morning (brain juicer) and i am still working on it. pages are taking forever to load, keep getting error messages so have to refresh the pages constantly and i am only 10% thru the survey. it is about a well known retailer who offers different ideas to make shopping there better and you have to decide whether to buy or sell shares in these ideas. do you think i should give up as it is going on almost 2 hours now or should i stick it out? HELP. i finally gave up. will try for another ds later.

I got a Brain Juicer that was hanging up and not loading pages. I just closed out and submitted an error report to GF so they can fix it. I never even got past the initial questions without it hanging up. 2 hours is a long time for $.90.
