I just did the diet survey. I got the same error. What I ended up doing was hitting the back button and hitting refresh. The greenfield screen told me I answered those questions and lead me to the next set. When I completed the survery it brought me back to SR.

I tried that, and it still gave me the error. I did go back a few hours later and did another one on banks. I was still soooo upset- that was one of the LONGEST surveys EVER and I wasn't even done yet!

Humm, to keep my same ip to do offers while away, Can i use my laptop to VPN in to my desktop and then log in to SR and complete the offers and Surveys! i mean it makes alot of sense to spend $10.00 to do an .80 credit survey! Mabey we need SGuy to write up a how to VPN to do your SRing on the ROAD!!!! Guide for IDIOTS!

I used to give up too. Then I stopped giving up. Then someone mentioned the email address change and after a bit of trying that I decided it was a fluke (b/c new surveys would show up for me randomly even NOT using a different email), and then their system changed, and I haven't needed to use a new email, I just switch back and forth with DH to let him get a survey, if I can't get a survey for myself. (and we just use the same email address no matter who is doing the survey)

Exactly what you said is why I was switching emails. It seemed like my regular email couldn't get a survey so I switched to my gmail address. Then, suddenly, I guess when Greenfield made some changes, surveys started coming my way. I usually use my regular email but if I have been doing offers, I forget and end up typing in my gmail address. And, somedays, I am just superstitious and think my gmail addy will bring me good luck. Goofy I know, but that would be me.
