Spent 15 mins on a SM Y2C survey, completed it, clicked and end up with an error about a cache error. Nothing has changed on my computer since I did their survey yesterday and I am using the same browser.

Scard-did the page say something like cache-no-cache page? if so, whenever that has happened to me i refresh the page and can usually get the congrats page. HTH.

Yes it did. I have had the same thing happen a couple of times with DS. when I refresh it does complete and I have been getting credit. Today the first 2 times I hit refresh nothing happened. Just tried again and get "sorry you don't qualify"Originally Posted by marcymajor

Hate to ask, but did when did yesterday's DS credit. I haven't gotten anything and would be mighty sad if it didn't credit.

Just took a Y02 (auto brands), including the page asking me if the survey itself was enjoyable and then got the page that says I didn't qualify

anyone else having issues with the GF DS? i put in my demographic info and clicked start, but the page just loads, and loads, and loads.
