Surveys not crediting question

I took and completed a MV tonight same black screen with different ads and guess what NO CREDIT wasting too much of my little free time at night

Scard, I am thinking wait on taking the Live under later in the morning or after work. I think lately since they have changed servers, I can tell that because that there is now a new cookie, anyway when I did one early on Tues morning it did not credit. I then started to wait until later in the day to take it and it has credited last 2 days. I find with surveys if you start having issues you have to try different things to get them to work. I use Chrome for Live it works much better, FF would just not work when you get PSB surveys, it would just go down. Chrome does not do that. I would also say use a different email address, and see if that will work for you.

YAY, waited and did Live tonight after work and it credited on the first hour!

Scard I am glad it worked for you, I found that when you stop getting credit you have to change things up. I have been having issues with live get through survey and it goes into error code, That happened with Global surveys on movies, and 4 survey on about cell phones. They always worked before the change over, now more error out than not early in the day. Glad it was a good one for you.

So, taking the advice above, I thought I'd try to get a survey before work-like in the "old days"-when it was easier to get them.

Went to MV-figuring-I hoped-that if I did MV in the morning then used CCleaner when I got home from work-maybe I could get into Live. Got the new congrats page from MV-it was on new tablets-yet-NO credit once again.

I have pretty much given up on MV. Have not gotten into a single one since the change over last weekend. I did get credit for Live last night, cleared cookies and tried MV several times and again could not get in and I tried my ISP e-mail address just to see what would happen and the same as my SR e-mail address, no luck.

Noticed MV was green and Live red this morning but did not dare attempt either one.

Its disappointing the last few months we have lost some of the most consistent surveys -2 SSIs(used to get both almost every day) and now MV doesn't work anymore for me and I had very good luck with them the last few months. How come its the good ones that are not an option anymore?

Live with black screen, 15 ads. Way too long to get nothing for.

I've given up on MV and Live. Ever since they changed the format it's stopped crediting again. Not worth putting the time into it when you're not sure if you're going to get the credit. Too inconsistent.

MV-no credit on phone services-went to a screen that said there was a problem at the end of the survey.

guessing that this won't credit. Even more irritating as I am no longer allowed to take both MV and Live on the same day, would be nice if I could at least get credit for Live.
