Im sorry Original Poster but I will have to forward your issue to our level two support tech department (Cindy) who may find it necessary to forward it to the level three support tech department (Tricia) If by chance you are still experiencing issues accessing our forum please spin around three times and tap your heels together and it should work just fine.
