No you are still over. When you right click on the Obama picture that one alone is too big not to mention the others in there. It should be 500 X 200 combined so he is too wide for sure.

Here is what I have for you. The SR banner doesnt count so leave it as is.
The ticker is 200 X 113 and is also ok.
It is the Obama banner that is too big. It is 640 X 153. Now you can resize it to make is smaller but you will have to also resize the ticker so that combine the height of both is 200. If you don't resize the ticker you would have to make the Obama 87 high to be within the guidlines. You could also make Obama 200 high and then cut down his width enough so that you can put the ticker next to him and added together they would both be 500 wide.
