Just tried again for an OTX survey. I got that stupid cell phone survey option 3 times in one sitting before OTX finally kicked me out. I just don't understand. When you don't qualify for a particular survey, why does it come right back and present you with that very same survey in the same session? I could see if I didn't qualify, got out, and then came back, but this is happening in one session!! So tell me again . . . this is normal?
