I just completed that one as welll. It really does sound nasty!

Count me among the unlucky ones as well. I still have two missing credits for September, as well as missing credits for 10/16 and 10/19 and no makeup credits today. I'm bummed, but hopefully they will show up eventually. I missed the big bonus last month by those two surveys, and I'm cutting it close thing month now too.
