If you have used Photoworks in the past they are closing and will be transferring your photos stored with them to Shutterfly if you initiate the transfer before 11:59pm EST May 2, 2011. As part of the incentive for you to give Shutterfly a try Photoworks is giving $30 for the transfer which then you can use to purchase something on Shutterfly.
