Survey problems or questions etc.

I did a DS on toy blasters from survey money surveys, didn't go back to sunshine, it went to survey monkey. I know several of you have said you copy the URL or whatever, but then what do you do with that information to try to get credit? I am going out of town today and I hate that I did a whole survey and won't get credit now. Just finished the same survey and mine went to Survey Monkey also. I did file a report with Greenfield asking if this was normal. To file with Greenfield you go back to the original Greenfield page for surveys and there is a link at the bottom to report problems. That is where you paste the URL info and give them a description of what heppened. In the past, they used to check it out and we would get credit for completed surveys and reported problems, but I haven't received credit for any reported problems for a loooooonnnnng time. Now, it's seems it's just to let them know when a survey is not working.

Hopefully, since it happened to both of us, it is just a new ending for that particular survey and we will get credit. I will keep my fingers crossed!
