i took my first otx survey about 8:30 and finished it at 8:50 but it did not credit so i cleared out all my cookies, waited until about 10:10 and tried again, got the thank you page and that one did not credit either. what is going on with otx surveys today? i have never had this many problems getting a survey to credit.ugh.

I have a different problem. I usually don't do the OTX surveys b/c I never seem to qualify. But with the GF ban, I decided to really apply myself to the task today.

I got a survey after many attempts and it went to completion. I moved it to pending and it did credit on the hour!

BUT...
in addition to the 0.89 that I was supposed to get, I also have a credit of 0.75???!!!! This is the first OTX survey that I've completed in almost a month, so there's no way that it's from a recent survey that is late in crediting!

Now, in light of the GF problems, I really don't want credit for something that I don't deserve. And I don't want to be doing anything that may appear like I'm trying to cheat the system. So, for any members of the Sunshine Family who can look into/fix this, I'd be appreciative.

This was a glitch on OUR end. I was doing a manual credit for you and couldn't tell if you did yesterday's OTX or today's, so I just gave you credit for both.

I got a new survey today about pet food, but I still had to answer the toothpaste/deordorant/shampoo questions first and get booted out of that one. Did anyone ever actually DO that survey? I just go thru the qualifying questions EVERY day and get booted out. I wish there was a "been there done that button"

I think I have been thrown out of the toothpaste/deordorant/shampoo at least 10 times. I can't figure out which one they want you to use and question you on. I made it through today, and it took me to what I watch on tv, (sports related). Then it took me to a Sports magazine. I checked I read it, since it is in the schools library. It kicked me out.

I tried again and got the same survey, I chose I didn't read the Sports magazine and it kicked me out. Maybe it recognized me.

I think that they do watch this and if they see a pattern of you changing your answers so that you can qualify for a survey, they consider it to be fraud.

Same thing here!! I even cleared cookies before the survey so I know that's not the issue.

I have a question though about the toothpaste/deodorant/shampoo survey. I can't remember if I did it or dh but anyhow, we did get credit for it. Now, everytime it shows up, I answer "do not use." Is that going to be considered fraudulent since we actually answered in the past that we do use those things. Should we be "backing out" instead?

Which brings me to another question: Is there any way to have the "backing out" issue fixed on the SM surveys? Whenever you back out of a survey, you then get the "exceeded" message. Darned if you do take the survey and give answers that you know will get you kicked out so you don' t take the same survey twice and darned if you back out.

I agree, if you back out then you get the exceed message, BUT what I've found is that most of the OTX's survey's start out VERY familiar... I took one yesterday on dog food, then it started again today, being that I've had survey's similar yet different before I kept going, good thing because the products yesterday are totally different then the one's their asking me about today. IMHO OTX knows if you've completed a survey or attempted to in a day, so I think they know what ones you've taken and won't give you an exact duplicate again? This is just my guess...

well i have had the same problem with otx today as many of you
I took one this morning finished it and it said thank you after 4 hours it still had not credited so i thought oh well i will try again i just did another one it let me! so here is hoping that at least one of them credits today

Are you guys clearing cookies before doing eac of these surveys? These are tracked exclusively by cookies so you should have no issue getting credit if you are clearing cookies first and if your settings are right.
