After several days of no surveys, I decided yesterday to come check the forum and found this thread. I too seem to be banned, and I'm pretty sure my husband and I have only used two addresses. The weird thing is, I checked my account history, and I got credit for a survey on 2/5 and then on 2/7. From reading through this thread, isn't that after they banned everyone? So I don't know what to think. I did open a ticket like Tricia suggested, so hopefully she can figure that one out.

I have been guilty of a lot of the things people mentioned here, though: taking two surveys that seemed very similar, but had slightly different products or commercials, so I thought they were different (I would think if I was using the same e-mail address they wouldn't give me the same survey twice). Or, sometimes I think maybe when I took it before I was kicked out, but due to changes in what I had bought in the past month, or different answers in grey areas, the second time I qualified. Also, my husband and I are fairly certain we've had the same survey, but like others have said, I thought they wanted both of our opinions - after all they obviously can tell we're from the same household; we're using the same computer. I was NOT getting credit for more than 1 per day, though (with maybe one exception last year I think) - I was lucky to get 15-20 per month! And our two emails were absolutely valid.

Does anyone know when the new rule about using two emails was started and posted? I remember getting an email about surveys, but I obviously didn't read it closely because I thought it was just saying use only one valid email per person, consistently. And I don't remember when I read the restrictions on the survey page and realized it was one per household. So, maybe that's what happened is 2/5 was me, 2/7 was my husband, so now I am banned for the new rules violation. I hope not! I truly didn't mean to commit fraud! Hopefully Greenfield will fix the system and we will all be given a second chance to comply with the clarified rules. I don't know why it allows you to say "this is not me" if they only allow one person. This is where my confusion started.

If you are still reading, SORRY this is so long!!!
