I just tried and did not have issue, I have been on the 20 hour or so rotation so I did not even bother filling in the information but I did get to the demographics page... Hope it works for you soon!

I just tested the survey page and was directed to a survey just fine. It was slow, and I didn't qualify. However, I was offered a survey and redirected correctly when I didn't qualify. I will email SunshineGuy and let him know as I think he will be back in town before Tricia and Cindy. I assume that they are all already aware of any issue we might be having technically as they have all been checking in periodically, but it won't hurt to alert them anyway!

I havent been able to get it to open at all using IE for the past week and a half or so. But it works just fine if I use Firefox, and its crediting so I just do it that way.

I did Daily Surveys on Friday, Saturday and Sunday but I never received credit for the Friday survey. I kept checking all day today hoping it was going to show up late but no luck! I've never not had a Daily Survey credit after I got a CONGRATULATIONS page. But... I am thankful that at least we are able to do the surveys again.

Is anyone else having a problem this morning? I'm not having problems with any other sites, but I can click till the cows come home on the GF banner (and the link to use if the banner doesn't work) to no avail. I've even tried right clicking and telling it to open that way and it just hangs.

It worked fine when I got home from work and again this morning so it must have resolved itself.

my only problem this morning is getting a survey. i have tried doing at least 5 today and i got kicked out of all of them and now it says there are no surveys for me as i qualify for nothing. if i can't do a daily survey i can't do a sm survey - how crappy is that? and i lose $1.40 for the day. ugh.

I'm having the same issue with IE but it works fine if I use my AOL browser. And I downloaded Firefox but haven't tried it yet.

I swear I did a survey earlier this afternoon...but wasn't 100% positive, so I just clicked on it again, expecting to be told that I did one today...but it let me do another one?!??! Let me explain that I work night shift...worked 12 hours the last 4 nights in a row...so I am VERY tired. Then to add to it, my kids had a 2 hour delay today, so I slept for one hour, then got up to get them to school....slept for another 2 hours...then got my son off the kindergarten bus,etc. So I am just a "little" confused about what really was today, what may have been yesterday, etc! But I really swear that I did two today... (or I am going crazy....) I will be curious to see what happens to my account.

It did let me get in this am, of coure I didn't have enough time to sit here and try to qualify, but 5 hours before my 24 hour mark i was let in

I love it that Firefox is working so well for people right now.

I finally got my second survey for Feb yesterday, I was excited! And it even credited today.

So if you guys get a never-ending survey about cold and flu products, never fear, it will end one day.

I especially love getting those because I'm more into alternative-medicine, so I have a differing answer than many other Americans would, and I love giving my voice to their surveys!
