Had the same thing today - didn't put in email addy and was told, no surveys. So I put in an email addy and got one - hmm they must want email addys now?
Anyway, got a very interesting one about what I think about being a female today, issues facing females, how it is for me as compared to my mom when she was my age, etc.

were you able to get a survey before when you did not put in an email address? i tried doing that once and it told me it needed one (even though it says it is optional). i have always put in an email address when i do otx as i thought i was suppose to. i guess they need it so if you win they can contact you. i'm glad you got a survey today.

I used to put one in, too, after I figured out which one it would take - some of mine it would not seem to recognize. It would still say, if you don't put in an email address we can't notify you when you win, blah blah, but it still let me continue. But then I saw some posts where some said they didn't ever put one in anyway, so after that, I didn't, usually. For a couple months I have gotten them just fine that way. Now, the last 2 days, if I don't put in the email addy, it says no surveys available. But if I put in the addy, I get one. So maybe it isn't optional anymore, for all I know!

Just want to say thanks - that did work to put in an email addy! They must want us to do that, at least right now, or something.

I figured out today why all of sudden email is required. I tried the same email I used yesterday, and was told I am glad you are so excited to take a survey, however come back in 1 hour. I tried a different email and got a survey. So I figured its there way of keeping you to 24hrs.

Just got a nice short one with a movie trailer in it. But once again, it didn't work unless I put in an email addy. Guess I just have to do that now!

i have been trying since 1:30 this afternoon to get an otx survey - first it said i had exceeded my limit for the day - now at 2:38 after i put in an email address it goes to the screen that says we're sorry you don't qualify for any surveys today. what's up with that? i didn't even get to answer any questions at all - it just totally kicked me out. is anyone else having this problem or is it just me. UGH...

My DH is getting the same thing. He's thrilled, however, as this means less work for him. (Is there an icon showing a butt being kicked?)
