i have been trying since 1:30 this afternoon to get an otx survey - first it said i had exceeded my limit for the day - now at 2:38 after i put in an email address it goes to the screen that says we're sorry you don't qualify for any surveys today. what's up with that? i didn't even get to answer any questions at all - it just totally kicked me out. is anyone else having this problem or is it just me. UGH...
