what is wrong with otx surveys today? the first time i tried to do one i got the spiel that there were no surveys available, then i tried again and got the line that i had used an invalid link, on the next try my computer died in the middle of one (it took forever to load anyway) and now is says i have exceeded my limit for the day. i haven't even done 1 yet today and now i can't do one at all. not a great way to start the day. UGH & GROAN.

Default Weird Survey & No Credit

My DH had a very odd survey last night asking him what things he was passionate about, moral issues (doing and selling drugs, etc) which took about 1/2 hours. Very strange.

In the end, he didn't get credit for it. Ugh!

I just completed and entire survery about high speed internet and price for life, about 30 minutes and when I put my age in it said I didn't qualify??? I think I will just stick with the daily.

don't you just hate that - you spend a lot of time and energy on a survey and at the end of it all they say you don't qualify. it kinda makes you wonder what they were looking for in the first place after you answered all of their questions and gave them your honest opinion. sometimes otx surveys are just plain evil but tomorrow is another day.

We learned a while back that you have to pretend your birthday is January 1 so you actually claim you're a year older.

i just got the weirdest email ever from ampario (amp/otx surveys) this afternoon. it said thank you for entering our sweepstakes and if you want to enter again come back in 24 hours. i tried to do an otx survey this morning and my computer died in the middle of it and then when i tried to do another one it said that i had reached my limit for the day. i did not even move my thought counts to pending as i did not get to finish it or get the thank you page so getting this email was a little odd. has anyone else ever received an email like this or am i the only strange one around here?

My DH had the same one. Sorry you didn't get credit though. I'm so glad ours did, that was pretty long. We had one end very abrubtly the other night, didn't even go through the normal demographic questions at the end, was very surprised to get credit for it. I think it was about cars.

What if that puts you into a different and older age bracket?
