Up until the changes a few days ago, Greenfield automatically did not let you repeat a survey you had previously taken as long as you used the same e-mail addy. I have been the only one to do GF surveys (and SM surveys) with the same e-mail addy and demographics, so I was completely taken by surprise. The moral of the story is, be careful. Yes, things have changed.

I wonder if letting them know that this happened would be a good idea. I've written to help@greenfield a couple times, and while they don't do anything "for" me, they do seem to be interested, and tell me who will be looking at the problem, etc etc. They might want to know that their filter that's supposed to keep you from even getting that survey isn't working....
