I moved in February - I changed my address with SR and received my SM gift this month, no problem. I have also changed my email with SR and had no problem - I did not start doing surveys again until March after surveygate, so I just started doing surveys with my new email - but I believe if you change it once, it has to stay that email, no flip flopping again with email addresses.
