i just tried to do a ds - got no options at all and said there were no new surveys available - try again tomorrow. what's up with that?

My very first survey since I stopped over a year ago and I didn't get credit. I took me over an hour to qualify for a survey and 2 hrs to do this survey and I got the thank you message and was sent back to the SR website. Oh well, will give them another try tonight. I even tried to see if I could do another one just to make sure it went through "from sunshinegirls" tips and it said not available to try again tomorrow.

I'm sorry you didn't get credit. What kind was it? OTX or SM because the GF credits the day after.

Greenfield surveys typically credit at 9:30 am or 12:30 PM Eastern time the day after you take them. So there is hope for you! Surveys taken on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday credit on Monday unless Monday is a holiday, then they credit on Tuesday. So don't worry if you take a survey today - you won't see credit until Monday for any over the weekend. Greenfield surveys are tracked by user ID - you don't need to clear cookies before taking them.

OTX surveys generally credit on the hour. They are tracked by cookies, so you need to clear cookies between one day's OTX survey and the next. (For example, you take one today and it credits the next hour. Clear cookies anytime after it credits but before you take one tomorrow so you can get credit for both.)

I was able to get a survey today, but did have that no survey message all day yesterday.

I just took the quickest survey ever! It was about fast food restaurants - and a good thing we ate out late night. It only had about 3-4 questions and I was done. I thought for sure it was going to say I didn't qualify, but I got the congratulations screen!
