is it me or otx? i did an otx survey yesterday morning (very early-3:30), it credited at 4 and i have been trying since 4 this morning and it says i have exceeded my limit. how is that possible as it has been well over 24 hours since i did the last one and it credited? this is very confusing and frustrating to me as i have cleared cookies and removed my temp internet files. somebody please help me.
