Anyone else get the one that asks about your thoughts on safety and then sends you to a security system offer (but not the Congrats page - of course ) DH did this one and since he didn't get the Congrats page he did another one on home improvement stores.

I just got one on security, it didn't give congrats page, but I don't have any options to take another. It was an SM survey so we'll see if it credits on the hour.

ETA: it didn't credit, but it also won't let me take another
