I have a question. I was in the middle of doing this offer when my computer froze up. I have waited 2 hours to see if it would credit anyways (wishfully thinking, I know) and it did not. So, can I try it again or do I have to wait for 30 days? I didn't even get to the silver, gold, platinum offers yet.

I think you have to wait the thirty days unfortunately.

Yes you have to wait bc they already got your email and your mailing address.
Sorry I know it stinks but it's happened to me before too.
