i hate to say it but the only thing you can do is file an error report and maybe gf will look into it. sometimes they do and occassionally you may get the credit for a survey that did not go back to sr. are you able to get another survey or are you getting the message that there are no new surveys available? why not just take a break for a little while and try taking another survey later. i totally feel for you and understand your frustration as we have all been there. have a good day and don't let surveys get you too stressed out.
