well i feel like they are shopping, but I suppose they feel they are offers. NY Times and netflix (which I feel should be retroactive to when I ordered, but it showed up the day after the 2 weeks trial ended and we were charged)...so I suppose they are offers and the wording confused me!

Augh. And if they changed today I could be number 2 on the Big Board for a day or so, too!

Guess it's just a jumpstart on August's big board, LOL.

Any ideas for the survey, why it's not going anywhere when I click?

Also, to whom is the birthday reported? If all that info were given to the survey company they wouldn't have to continue to ask the demographics questions...so does it go there at all? And WHY must it be there?

Those are definitely offers since you had to click on the offers section to do them. Its only shopping if you go through the shopping section links. Unfortunately everything has to be counted on the day the credit posts. This helps keep things from getting all screwey in the case of countests. Can you imagine if someone won 1st place and 5 days after they received their winnings another member had credits come in retroactive that made them #1? Wow what a mess. It will be interesting to see what happens this month because none of the offers over 3.00 will credit for anyone within this month. Everyone is in the same boat. Credits from June have already been released and those from July are held for everyone. August 15th should see a huge jump for everyone who does larger offers.

ACTUALLY the Kmart Survey was AWFUL. I did the whole survey and then they asked the questions at the end about yourself ( I was actually thinking that after 15 trys I was going to get one to credit) and then it said sorry!!

I had such a different experience - it was fairly short and I got credit at the end. I'm sorry you didn't have the same. How frustrating that is

Wow! I just came over here to post about my frustration with the whole survey thing this last couple of days when I found this thread. At least I'm not alone!! I finished a survey yesterday, but it never sent me back to SR, it just ended with the "Thank you for completing this survey". And today no credit. Today, I got into a survey about my shopping habits, reg. and organic products, I went through about 10 pages of questions. The last page thanked me and said "click on button to send your survey", when I clicked on it I got another survey. This survey was the darn Kmart one. Watched the commercial answered the questions, another 6 or so pages and then I get the "Sorry, you suck" page.....these darn surveys make me want to drink....heavily!!!

Noone has received credits for yesterdays surveys yet today so dont give up hope on the one you did yesterday. I would expect it sometime tonight or tomorrow since things are running behind because of the Summit. The credits for yesterday weren't up when Tricia uploaded the weekend numbers this morning. HTH!

And I don't drink but I really hear what you are saying. This could drive one to it.

Arghh...I got the same reg/organic products. I filled out 10 or so pages and got the boot. I ended up with an investing survey that wasn't too bad. There's definitely some issues with Greenfield's new survey process. I can't complain that I'm not getting surveys anymore...now I'm getting stuck in the perpetual "I agree" to answer honestly/keep the confidentiality screening questions.

I just did a survey, filled it out...then when I finished it said Greenfield was down . When I went back it said I'd hit my limit, so I *hope* it went through.

I didn't get credit yet either. I did a pizza survey and fast food survey but no credits yet. I'm sure they will show up soon!

I thought I should post when it went well...and not just whine when it goes badly...
I got a survey on wine, and it went well... only problem was that it made me thirsty for wine...
so now i'm drinking, and not doing well at the arcade games
