I signed up for the eFax offer back on August 1 but never received credit for it. Should I file a TT for this?
Thanks.
Can't really help but it never hurts anything to file a TT (unless you do it on surveys or 50 cent freebie offers). One thing though, did you keep the trial past the trial period or cancel early? Sometimes advertisers will pull credits if you don't stay past the trial period and in that case I wouldn't recommend filing a TT.
This is one through a third party and nothing we can do for the credits. Sorry.
If you think you know all the answers, it just means you haven't been asked all the questions.
Thanks for the responses. I was really hoping for that $9 credit. On the offer it says just sign up for a 30 day free trial and recieve the credit. Oh well, you win some and lose some. Is this one available to retry in 30 days?
I didnt get credit for it either.

I don't think so, since it was a trial, and signing up again then it would not longer be a trial, since you already tried it. If that makes any sense! Did you download and install the software and check it out?
I really like eFax, had it b/f the offer so couldn't get credit. Saves alot of ink since I can just do the work right from the fax viewer.

Awesome. I think some of the advertisers are starting to wait a little longer on things like this before awarding credit. It is just a shame they don't give SR a heads up when they start holding credits for longer periods of time because it would surely be helpful. I wonder if they moved to a once a month crediting system or after the trial is over before awarding credits.
