I don't know if it actually helps or not, but I figure it can't hurt. Lately, I've been leaving the congrats page open for a while. I had two surveys not credit last month. I have no clue why, but this seems to help me.

Other than that, just finished one about coffee!

Ugghh! I think DH was at the end of a survey on a new cc and before it could take him back to the congrats page, I get:

So should we just leave the page open? It will push the survey into tomorrow.

Yup, greenfield's down for maintenance. I'd spent 20 minutes on a survey, then it just cut out to the maintenance page I wish they could let us know when they are doing these so we can plan ahead!!

Did anyone else's survey credit from 10-15 post twice? Mine is listed twice, but I'm positive I only did one yesterday. My OTX from 4 hours ago didn't post though - which is odd cause I've never had one not post.

Sorry to say but mine posted a couple of hours ago. Did you get the SR congrats page for yesterday's survey?

mine posted also sometime after 12:30. have you changed anything on your computer lately that might be causing the surveys to not credit? are you doing otx surveys and are they crediting for you. you may want to check your privacy and your cookie settings on your computer just to make sure they are set correctly. i am so sorry that you are having so many survey crediting issues lately and i do hope it gets better for you. try and have a good day.

Woohoo! After being kicked out of about ten surveys this morning, I got the super-short cheese survey. If I didn't already love cheese before, I would now!
