you are very welcome. otx some days works and some days is very moody and won't let you take one no matter how long and hard you try. all you can is attempt one and if you get one that's great, if not there is always tomorrow to try again. i still stress sometimes when i don't get one but i am trying not to do that as much anymore as it is only a survey and not the end of the world (the 75 cents is nice but sometimes not worth the stress). does that make any sense?
