Help! I forget how to post a picture!

Okay, I'm trying to remember how to post a picture for today's contest.

I thought there was a post here somewhere about it, but I can't find it.

Can anyone walk me through the steps again?

There is a button that looks like a mountain on a postcard... and you type your url for the picture in the box that pops up...

or you can just type[IMG] [/IMG] around the address for your image
