i have not gotten a survey to credit so far this week even though i get the thank you page is anybody else having that problem probaly just me

Zummi, that's not good! Have the surveys you've taken been mentioned on here as problematic?

lanny76, there was no percentage counter, I could just tell by the questions that it was starting to wrap up, if that makes sense.

Well, I left that car survey. Have the info from the page and the URL all ready to report, but greenfield has been snarky with me the last few times I've reported, telling me they can't do anything without the survey ID number that I would have gotten from the "invitation". I told them I do them through SR and don't HAVE an invitation page but they don't seem to care. Harumph.

But happily I did get through another survey, another long one, but I got the congrats page. Whew.

I didn't get credit for the survey I took yesterday on whipped toppings and I got the congrats page.

I haevn't gotten credit for Monday's yet either. Maybe it will come in later?

I did get one that took a little while this morning that gave me the congrats page about health issues and pharmeucitical companies.

I had that one also this morning. Since Monday I've had a problem with just I.E errors in general and mainly when I try to access SR. DH took a SM survey yesterday and it was going along fine until it should have gone to the SR congrats page it was an I.E error. Didn't credit so later he tried again same thing. I would think it was just the survey if it wasn't for the fact that I'm getting I.E errors all over the place with SR. Trying to open offers, shop etc. Once I get through to the company I'm fine.
