Yes. I just copied and pasted that part so I would say yes if you need to report an issue use the link on the Daily Survey page so that it goes to GF
"If you complete a survey, do not try to take another one as Greenfield"...I think a big huge wonderful fabulous HELP would be to *define* "complete a survey".
Does it mean "I got to the SR "congratulations you have completed the survey" page (or whatever it says, LOL, I've been away so haven't completed one and can't remember the exact wording), or does it mean ANY "you have completed the survey" page? I think that was one of the most-asked questions in the old thread!
Well here is the thing. We can leave it to your discretion to decide if you have completed the survey or not. OR we can say that any time you get a completed message whether from the survey company or us you have to stop. I think the discretion is probably better since most people will know if they completed it for credit or not.
And...this is for Greenfield since I guess they are running the error reporting page? The wording above the boxes says that it's for surveys that didn't take you to the SR page. But then they ask for errors and error messages. Is it OK if it wasn't a problem that resulted in not getting to the SR congrats page? Is it OK if there wasn't an actual error message?
The wording is just confusing, and I know that I have been stopped in my tracks from reporting surveys before, b/c I didn't have an error message, or the problem I had happened well before expecting to get back to SR.
If you have a technical issue with a survey then report it. Now, this doesn't mean that you get a message that says you didn't qualify after taking the survey for 20 minutes. That isn't technical that means they thought you went too fast. If the survey hangs up or gives you any other technical issues then report it to GF so they can pull the surveys that aren't working.
I think for the most part if people use prudent judgement we won't have survey issues. Don't do anything you think might be considered fraud by SR or GF. If you have to ask you probably shouldn't be doing it. Don't use the thread to complain. Use it as a tool to let your fellow members when there are TECHNICAL issues with a survey. Not just " I didn't like that one" If you think you will get credit for it...it didn't have a technical issue. We are really trying to make the forums a place to gain useful information while also enjoying some fun, games and chit chat with others. When every thread becomes a complaint, people skip all of the threads and no one gains useful information or has fun.
Thanks!
