I got through a survey, but then it took me back to Opinion Surveys, which looked like the options I get on the SR survey page, but it's through another company.
Update: I just did another survey and throughout the survey I saw the "Opinion Survey" logo at the top of my survey I was taking. AND the completed survey did take me back to the Congrats page.)
