i just got into my sm survey and managed to complete the whole thing so i guess whatever was ailing ie or gf has been fixed. thought you all should know that it is working now. will try otx later. good luck everybody.

I've never had this happen so pardon my dumb question. If you do a SM survey and had your cookies cleared but didn't receive credit, can you try again?

i don't see why you couldn't just as long as it did not credit at the top of the hour. HTH.

There is sometimes a delay in getting credit so no I don't think so.

I was just in the middle of a survey when it closed on me. I got the following error:

In Service

Sorry, but this survey is currently undergoing service and has been temporarily closed.

Please check back later


When we get a message like this, is it safe to assume that we can try again for the daily survey?

By the way, the survey was about a variety of topics, including gum.

I think this the correct place to post this.

I have been given a movie survey, several times, this wk. It is a DS thru psb or pbs. At any rate, I am told that it can not be done on IE 8 so I switch over to FireFox and do fine until I get to the movie video that just will not load. I emailed psb, thru the link at the bottom of the page.

This is the third time this has happened to me in the last few weeks... after completing a survey, instead of going back to the SR congrats screen, I get this message
"Connection: close Cache-Control: no-cache Pragma: no-cache"
Todays was for different drinks and foods at a popular coffee place.

i've gotten that message a couple of times on my ds and sm and i hit refresh and i get the congrats page. did you try refreshing the page? it seems to work for me. HTH and i am so sorry that this is happening to you.

No...not sure why I didn't think of that??!! I did get another survey today though..thanks for your input!
