    I just finished a survey about a major discount retailer partnering with a well-known computer company to offer technical/repair services and it ended on a white screen. Has anyone had this one and did it end up crediting? I never know whether to try again when this happens.

    I just got the same thing and was going to ask! I don't have any options right now, but not sure if it is OK for me to try later! I got the following at the end of the survey:

    Your answers have been received and this survey is now completed.

    We appreciate you taking the time out of your busy day to share your thoughts and opinions with us. Your input today will directly impact future products and services that everyone will enjoy.

    I just got the same thing, and as a matter of fact, all 3 surveys I did this weekend ended by not redirecting me back to SR. I hope they credit.

    I got this too, and I am worried that it won't credit. I haven't had much luck with surveys that don't go back to the SR congrats page. Has anyone gotten credit for one that ended this way?

    i am so sorry that all of you are having this problem. has anyone reported this problem to gf so that they know about it? sometimes when you report this kind of problem you might get credit for the survey - that all depends on gf. again i am sorry that this is happening to you all. keep smiling.

    I got that page as well. I think I remember Tricia saying that anytime we get a congrats screen we stop. That those are the credits that show up sometimes as doubles.

    I just got this one as well. I did notice that the green check mark was in the address bar, so it looks like it might have been received by Greenfield.

    I had one this weekend that took me to a blank page (no thank you at all, not just no SR page), but the green check mark was in the status bar. If it credits, I won't try another one today and will hope that this one will credit. If it doesn't, I'm not sure what I'll do today. The credit might come in later, and I don't want it to appear that I am trying to get more than one survey each day, but I need lots of help to make SM this quarter and don't want to miss an opportunity either. I think the official word is to stop if you get a thank you - I'll have to go look that up.
