Your shopping credits will appear as pending in your account history. Depending on where you shopped, they may show up as pending as early as the day after you place your order, or they may take a week or more. Save your confirmation e-mails in case there is a crediting issue. If you do not see a credit pending within 10-14 days, you can file a Trouble Ticket and request credit. You will need to put your confirmation e-mail in your TT so Miss Angie can track down the credit.
