I had the exact same problem. It wouldn't accept any amount I put in. The worst part is is that this question is near the end of the survey, I was probably 90% complete per the completion bar.
I know. That was the worst part when I saw the bar near the end. I was able to report it, so hopefully it will get fixed! I actually had trouble getting a survey, kept getting booted, but finally just finished one. I hope you have had luck, too!
