still surveyrouter page for me today

I am still getting surveyrouter too, I don't understand why it's working for some people and not for others?

I have cleared cookies several times and even downloaded and ran ccleaner and nothing.

I just finished a DS and no issues. I do not understand how the problem is happening. I did mine yesterday about 11:30a and it was fine, after reading here, I was checking on and off thru the evening, I would it the regular link at times, but more times than not I would get the survey router page. I do not think it has anything to do with cookies, it seems to be a issue with GF. They send me surveys in my email, I tried to see if I could get one with the email about 11pm it took me to the survey router page, then I tried around 12a and it worked fine. It makes no sense if there is a problem, how does it come and go as it was yesterday? Hopefully Trish will give us some news this am about the situation.

I was able to get one this morning and yesterday. I hope for those having trouble the problems are cleared up soon! Don't give up hope!

I was wondering how people were getting the trifecta yesterday and today! I still can't get in, so no surveys for me yesterday and none so far today.

Now that's very odd

I not only got in, but had lots more choices...

I did get all the way through with one on use of cell phones for sending inappropriate text only to get throw out at the VERY END when it asked for my zip code!!

But I was able to complete one after that on technology companies.

Not sure why it would work for me and still be redirecting others. All I can say it it did let me in, so keep trying!

just got back from running errands, still no DS for me-goes straight to the surveyrouter domain page. i've cleared cache & cookies several times, run a virus scan and ccleaner. i'm curious to find out why greenfield's system lets a few people through and everyone else gets the domain page.

Last night I ran every adaware aniti virus malware program that I have and I still can't get a survey!

I just got a survey no problem. But I am on Safari

I just clicked thru using Firefox, and it works. Still won't work using IE.

OK, ow that you mention it I happened to be working in Firefox, too. Maybe it's an IE problem.
