Well I wouldn't stress about it but I would look in to why they aren't crediting. They are two totally different issues. YTC are tracked by cookies. I have found that I have to clear my cookies between doing the YTC and the Daily Survey because they are both greenfield surveys. DS are not tracked by cookies. As long as you are getting the SR Congrats screen you should be getting credit. If you aren't getting credit on a regular basis and this wasn't a one time fluke I would definitely start looking in to why. It is actually more common for YTC not to credit than DS because cookies can be erratic. Since DS's track by userid I am more concerned if you aren't getting credit for those on a regular basis.
