Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

I understand what you guys are saying, GF is very hard to do. I somehow got stuck in the night rotation, had to skip to try to get back into the day. I hate waiting until 8pm to try to get one, then all day you think about, will I be able to get one. I just was able to get my first one in the day for over a week, it was the brainjuicer, which acts funny at times in Firefox, I had to do it twice to get it to credit, not sure why but this survey lets you back in, at lest in FF. Its a good one, I would suggest do it in IE, of course GF does not warn you which browser works better or which survey. I am sure its out there so try to get it.

GF is not as strict with the 24 hour rule as OTX, which won't let you access a survey until 24 hours have passed. GF just asks that you only do one DS per day.

I just got 53% through a survey about all technology stuff and the page would not load. I submitted the info to GF. Now no surveys available for me. Figures!!

anyone get stuck in the middle of a survey about board games? there's no button to click to move on...i don't want to close the window, b/c this is my ONLY option, i've already opened another tab and checked. if i close this one, i'm out of luck for today, most likely.

oh well...nothing else i can do. no DS today.

just got a ds on elder care (long term care), completed it and instead of getting the congrats page got the cache-no-cache page so i refreshed it and it went back to the beginning of the survey again. completed it again, hit submit and all that came up was a plain blank white page. reported it to gf with an error report. just thought i would give everyone the heads up about this survey.

Hmm that's weird bc DH had that one last night as a SM survey and was able to complete it and get credit for it.

i'm glad it worked for you but this has been happening to me a lot lately and i just don't understand why. it happened to me twice yesterday with my ds and nothing has changed on my computer to cause this problem. my settings have not changed so i am baffled. is there a certain security setting i should have that i don't that might be causing this problem? any thoughts or suggestions about how i might be able to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated. HELP.

DH got the same survey this morning. Got stuck at the same place, 53% completed. He got a blank page with a "Next" button at the bottom. When he clicked on that the page reloaded with a red warning at the top to "Pick three in each column". Wouldn't progress beyond that. Now, no surveys for him either.

DH got that yesterday and was able to complete and get credit. I'm sorry that has caused some trouble. Hopefully, you will have better luck with another one!

I got the board game survey around 10pm pacific time last night and completed it. I think the survey is fixed now.

Like sqromano said I was just able to do it as my DS and completed it with a congrats page.

HOWEVER I will say I did get that page at 53% and what I did was "tab" down to see if it would highlight anything, it moved to another page, so then I used my browser's back button and selected 2 before that and it loaded and was able to continue on with the survey.
