Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

i'm glad it worked for you but this has been happening to me a lot lately and i just don't understand why. it happened to me twice yesterday with my ds and nothing has changed on my computer to cause this problem. my settings have not changed so i am baffled. is there a certain security setting i should have that i don't that might be causing this problem? any thoughts or suggestions about how i might be able to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated. HELP.

The only thing I can suggest (bc things are crediting properly so it's not your cookies/settings) is to make sure all adobe, active x, your internet browser, windows, etc are all up to date or have the latest updates etc.

for your suggestions, they are truly appreciated. what's really weird is that i took a sm survey earlier, finished it but got the cache-no-cache page so i took the chance and refreshed the page and got the congrats page and got credit for that survey. guess my computer is just being moody. we all have days like that.

DH got the same survey this morning. Got stuck at the same place, 53% completed. He got a blank page with a "Next" button at the bottom. When he clicked on that the page reloaded with a red warning at the top to "Pick three in each column". Wouldn't progress beyond that. Now, no surveys for him either.

I got this too! I reported it, but I was unable to get another survey.

I spent over a 1/2 hour working on a survey about the economy and spending habits only to get a screen that said "This survey is closed" and when I clicked the link the page itself closed!

I was in the middle of taking a survey about mail offers and it went to a timed out page and there was no way to get back in. I notified GF, so we'll see what happens.

i got a DS through nielsen that said i was going to watch a tv show, and it's been loading for about 15 minutes now with no results. guess i'm outta luck on this one.

Count yourself lucky. This one took well over 40 min. to complete AFTER the download. I regret spending that much time for .90

it's been almost an hour and a half now, and it still hasn't loaded, lol. 40 minutes? yikes, i'm glad it's not working.

I was just curious if anyone else is getting the following error message when trying to complete DS?
Connection: close Cache-Control: no-cache Pragma: no-cache
This message is completely new to me, and yet for some reason I have been running into it a lot lately. Usually right in the middle of a survey.
Anyhow, I was just wondering if anyone else was having this problem, or knew what was causing it?

i get that same messge a lot of times when i do my ds and my sm surveys. to go on to the next page try refreshing the page and see if that helps. when i have done that in the past, sometimes i do get the congrats page, sometimes the survey goes back to the beginning and sometimes i get the you do not qualify page. HTH.
