Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

I did an OTX and when I got to the end, it took me to another survey and it started all over. Then it went to the pages that tell you, no survey's available.

Also my son just did a survey for downloaded music, and at the end it said only one submission allowed. He said he never did one one for a music downloading site.

Has any one had a problem with the OTX not crediting lately? I did one earlier today (5/23) about 5 hours ago and yesterday (5/22) and it still hasn't credited. It can get very frustrating sometimes doing these surveys sometimes, as we all know. Hopefully they will credit so I can be in the Trifecta contest.

just spent 15 minutes on my ds from psb on computers and instead of getting the congrats page i got the cache-no-cache page. refreshed the page and got this message:
Thank you for your interest in participating in this survey.

You have already completed the survey.

just thought i would give everyone the heads up on this survey and surveys thru psb (which for some reason give me trouble). did report the problem to gf.

i don't know if this is technical or not but here goes. how can you get a survey to credit when all you get is either an error when you complete one or the cache-no-cache page. this is happening to me a lot lately and i don't know why or what to do about it. if anyone has any ideas or suggestions about this it would be greatly appreciated (and maybe it will lessen my frustration level).

well this is pretty much is the reason why I stopped doing surveys for the past 6 weeks. The juice wasn't worth the squeeze....I just tried to do an OTX survey to get towards the Trifecta. It said you seemed to have reached your max submission blah blah. Something like that. Well the funny thing is I have not even TRIED for an OTX survey in probably like 2 months on this site or any other.

I have only ever seen that happen once, so I'm not sure what to tell you, other then it may be the version of software that your running. Which I have no clue unless I was to compare it side by side to mine.

Again that sounds like a cookie or software issue, I'm sorry both of you are having so many problems.

i am running windows xp and using internet explorer 6.0 (i think). does that info help you out at all? i seem to get the cache-no-cache page whenever i do psb surveys and sometimes when i refresh the page i get the congrats page but most times it will either take me back to the beginning of the survey again or i get an error message. maybe surveys just don't like me anymore since i've been doing them for a long time now.

Something I cannot understand - just had a survey that said I had answered all the questions they had, successfully completed it, and my answers were recorded, yet GF gives me the page about 'no surveys for you'!! Whatever could I have done wrong? Went slow, too. Oh well, guess I'll try again!

Just got taken twice by the same OTX survey on Cameras. It took over an hour. It says you qualify for a 25 minute survey. Don't fall for it!!!! I took it again because the first time it didn't credit. This time since I didn't give my address it went to invalid session.

I had the camera one this morning for OTX, gave my address, and did receive credit for it on the hour. Sorry it didn't work for you.
