I just did that one too and also got stuck. I couldn't figure out how to report it? What GF?

If you go to the bottom of the Greenfield page in the surveys dropdown menu, there is a link to click to report problems. You need to copy and paste the URL and the page where there is a problem, as well as giving a description of the problem. All the directions are right there. I have found it easiest just to open a new window so that I can copy and paste without losing the page. HTH

I just got partway through a survey about shopping. I was entering number of times I would go to different store descriptions. On one page I was only given two options instead of the three on previous pages. It kept telling me I needed to have a total of 10 on the page, which I did. It would not let me go any further. I reported it to GF, but I just wanted to give anyone else who might get this a heads up. I hope mine was just a fluke.

Just got the exact same thing. Reported it as well.

I just got this one (and one screen did only have A & C instead of ABC) but it let me total up 10 between the 2 and continue on. I was able to finish the survey and get the congrats page, so maybe it's fixed? (or at least somewhat fixed since I still only had 2 options.)

did a ds this morning about a new snack, completed the whole thing and when i hit submit i got a server error. reported the problem to gf so hopefully they will fix it. just thought i would give everyone the heads up about this survey. tried to do another one about internet usage and got a page that said the survey was closed. reported that to gf also.

Did one on frquency of shopping this am ....got stuck, got back in, finished, then said the survey was closed and kicked me out..... and no credit.....

I got an SM survey that was joining a travel panel. Unless it comes in later, it looks like it's going to be no credit.

DH got the same one and it didn't loop back to SR at the end. I reported it so maybe I'll see credit for it someday.
