omg, that was the key...I was on firefox and cleared cookies and it didn't make any difference....went to IE, cleared cookies and there was clue #1 starring me right in the face....thank you, I would have never thought of what you just said to do....I was on IE this morning and that drop down was NOT there until I just now cleared cookies and looked again.

ETA: just took another look using firefox and those pull down links do NOT show up at all, even after clearing cookies. I use firefox for all the daily stuff except offers and I have never seen those pull down choices. You must use IE to be able to see them.

See that didn't even dawn on me bc I always use IE, then today I happen to have Firefox open and looked and realized Megan was right. It was always there for me on IE, never thought to ask about the other browsers.

Seriously it sounds like something SG needs to look at. It just never occured to me and when Megan said something I just happened to have IE and FF open at the same time and realized that it was no where to be found on FF.

So note to everyone, if your trying to play use Internet Explorer NOT FireFox or Safari! Or you'll go crazy.....
