I would try again in an hour or so. Usually when I get an error message like that, I'll wait a couple of hours, clear cookies, and then it allows me to try for another survey again. Back in the swing of things. Did a survey on the 16th, got credit! And although it will probably count for tomorrow's survey, we just finished one now...interestingly, it asked for DS to do it, and it was sort of a knowledge thing, and it was so cool to see all the stuff DS knows.
I don't even know how many months it has been since I did surveys...
