Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

Same here. It took me over 25 minutes, so I definitely did NOT rush. Those are the breaks........

I took the same computer survey at 12:00 and went through the whole thing including the second set of demographic questions at the end. I swear I thought it was going back to the completed screen because it took me at least a half an hour of choosing options between 4 different choices and instead it said I didn't qualify. They got all of my answers and now they aren't going to pay. Grrrrrr

Why, oh why do I not come here FIRST before doing my surveys??!!?? Add me to the crew who were duped into thinking this one was actually going to credit!! I actually yelled, "WHAT??!!" when the "you do not qualify" page came up instead of the congrats page - made my 6 year old jump

At least you ladies have options (although I don't want to be stuck with that survey~! lol) I STILL have nothing to choose from and none available.

I'll send a round of problems to Greenfield tomorrow so that they know that this is going on and hopefully we get some credits out of it.

Thanks, Tricia. However, it was my understanding that you shouldn't file Trouble Reports to Greenfield when it says you do not qualify, so I didn't. Hopefully, others did and will get credit eventually.

i FINALLY got a survey to come up after checking "none", but was promptly booted when i put in my income. figures-it's been that kind of day.

I didn't report it either since it said I didn't qualify. Maybe some others will report it after seeing that we have had problems with it.

Another warning - had one just now that was about insurance (particularly ob/gyn), very short, got a thanks page but didn't go back to the sunshine page..... Too bad too, as I was very interested in the concept!!

ETA: Upon trying again for a survey I was given this same survey - figured I'd try again, since it was short....and this time it worked!! Went right back to the SR Congrats page!!
